NOTICE TO OWNERS OF SIRE & DAM
Any agreements, expressed or implied, are between owners, and not the BULL BREED COALITION REGISTRY. The Bull Breed Coalition Registry will honor all its BBCR CERTIFIED PEDIGREES, issued to the BREEDER (owner of the Dam, or provided to the new owner). There will be no restrictions placed on the BBCR CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION, unless indicated by the breeder, on the BBCR CERTIFIED PEDIGREE, e.g., "Spayed", "Neutered", etc. Further, the BULL BREED COALITION REGISTRY is not responsible for any health disorders or genetic problems that may or may not be detectable in the Sire, Dam, or Litter. The BREEDER assumes ALL responsibility, in all sales, guarantees, conditions of sale, etc., expressed or implied, and such are between the seller(s) and purchaser(s). The BULL BREED COALITION REGISTRY IS NOT A PARTY TO SUCH AGREEMENTS! The acceptance of this application is based solely on the integrity of the owner(s) of the SIRE & DAM; however, BBCR reserves the right to correct or cancel this application, and all BBCR CERTIFIED PEDIGRESS. BBCR fees are nonrefundable and fees may change without notice; Without prejudice, UCC 1-207.

The BULL BREED COALITION REGISTRY recommends that all agreement(s) be made in writing, and signed before two witnesses, or notarized

The individual(s) listed on the Dam's BBCR Pedigree is considered the Breeder of the Litter. If you want to be listed as the breeder, check your BBCR Certificate of Registration for ownership. If you are not listed as the owner, you will need to "Transfer" ownership. (The fee to transfer ownership is $10.00. New Certificate of Registration is $15.00.)

Each animal listed on this application has been accepted for registration by the BBCR, such acceptance being based upon an application duly certified by the owner or breeder. All BBCR Certified Pedigrees are subject to correction or cancellation.

Every effort should be made by the breeder to insure that each animal is exactly what it is declared to be. The Breeder declares:
